Setting a pre-reminder

With advanced reminders on your iPhone s, you'll always be in control. Whether you are planning an important presentation, a meeting with friends or just want to pick up the children from kindergarten on time, the system will notify you in time. Thanks to this, you will be able to organize your time better, avoid stress and be more efficient. Tap ⓘ for the selected task, and after entering the time and date details, go to the Advance reminder section and select how far in advance you want to be notified about the task in the menu.

Web search within Comments

Finding information has never been easier. Want to find out more about the task you're working on? Just open the Reminders app, select a task, and tap it. A context menu will appear where you select Search the web. This will automatically launch your favorite browser and display search results directly related to the task at hand.

Create a partition in the list

Do you want to organize your tasks better? In the Reminders app, you can now create your own categories - sections. This allows you to clearly divide your tasks according to projects, categories or any other criteria. Just open the list, tap the three dots in the upper right corner and select New Partition.

Write a reminder in the Calendar

Have you just launched the native Calendar and remembered that you also need to create a task or reminder for a specific day? If you have iOS 18 and later, you don't need to switch to native Reminders. Just tap the + in the upper right corner of the Calendar, then tap the Reminder tab at the top of the display. Finally, all you have to do is enter everything you need.

Column view

Do you want to have your tasks clearly organized and easily monitor your progress? With the Reminders app and the column view, it's a piece of cake. You can create your own organization system and easily move tasks between individual columns. Just open the list, tap the three dots in the upper right corner and select View in Columns.
