Czech meteorological website In-weather released a new mobile version application pro iOSThe new version is now available for free to all users and completely ad-free, while previous versions were paid.
The application provides detailed weather forecasts for up to 9 days, including graphs and hourly forecasts. Current weather data is measured at more than 200 meteorological stations in the Czech Republic. Informace are also sent by volunteer observers. This is one of the densest networks of meteorological stations in the Czech Republic. The current outdoor temperature is given in the application to the nearest tenth of a degree and updated several times an hour.
For an accurate forecast of precipitation, the application also offers a view of the precipitation radar. It captures precipitation in the past hour and predicts it for the next hour as well. The precipitation radar is clearly available right on the start screen of the application.
The long-term forecast is clearly summarized in the application in a graph that offers a view of the development of temperatures, precipitation and wind over the next 9 days. In addition to the weather forecast, the application also displays the times of sunrise and sunset of the Sun or Moon.
The weather forecasts are combined in the application from several numerical models in such a way that they always best correspond to the development of the weather. They are updated every three hours, so you can be sure that you are always looking at the most current forecast. The forecasting system is based on the Ventusky project, which is celebrating success all over the world.
The application will also continue to expand. The next update will include a wide range of weather widgets for the upcoming iOS 14.
I don't see the radar :( there is also an advertisement for another application.
