On a Mac, click menu in the upper left corner and select System Settings. In the left part of the settings window, click on Keyboard and then in the section Dictation activate the corresponding function. You may have enabled Dictation on your Mac in the past. Now head into the field Languages and click on Adjust. You will be presented with a menu from which you can then select additional languages. You start dictation by double pressing the Fn key.
